We are looking for people to fill the position of Warehouse order picker to complete the teams of our business partners located in the province of Ontario.

Qualifications

Level of education: High school diploma. A training course will be a plus.

 

Years of related experience: Minimum 2 years of experience.

 

NOC Code: 1521

 

    Qualifications:

  • Willing to use physical endurance;
  • Willing to do repetitive work;
  • Willing to use manual dexterity and attention to detail;
  • Willingness to work weekends

    Specific qualifications: Driver's license.

 

Languages required: Functional English.

 

Salary: $Can 22.00/hour(160 hours per month)

Hours per day: 8 hours  

 

Available hours (excluding traffic):

 

*Constantly operational, the Center is open from Sunday to Saturday. In addition, our employees can work up to 40 hours per week.

The position consists of working Saturdays and Sundays, so your time off will be during the week.

- Daytime schedule: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

- Evening schedule: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

- Night shift: 22h00 to 06h00

Responsabilités

As a Warehouse order picker, your main function will be to assemble the merchandise ordered by the stores and place it on pallets so that it can be delivered to them within the required timeframe.

  

Your tasks 

  • Prepare orders;
  • Operate an electric pallet truck (7-day in-house training); 
  • Handle boxes, which weight varies from 5 to 32 kg (10 to 70 pounds); 
  • Assemble orders according to instructions given by a voice recognition system (WMS); 
  • Work in a cool and frozen environment (from 4°C to - 28°C).
